One day to go…

Thursday, May 28th, 2009

The Taste of Edinburgh festival starts tomorrow – we’re busy trying to pack enough tea caddies to last us through the weekend, wrapping all our products and gift sets and putting our cake stands together.

Please pop along to stand H7 and say hello. We got a little mention in the Edinburgh Evening News http://tinyurl.com/ojpbs9 so we’re hoping for a decent turn out.

Time for Tea at Taste Festival

Friday, May 22nd, 2009

eteaket tea boutique and cafe will be at the Taste of Edinburgh Festival at Inverleith Park from 29-31 May.

We will be brewing up a selection of our loose teas for you to sample and will be holding informal tasting sessions to enlighten you as to the origin, manufacture and character of each. There will be plenty of mini scones with clotted cream and jam for you to enjoy.

eteaket’s range of bespoke tea caddies, gift sets and tea accessories will be on display, including vintage cake stands so you can enjoy afternoon tea at home.

Come along and say hi at stand H7 and please keep your fingers crossed for glorious sunshine.

eteaket at AMA Homes Springside Launch

Tuesday, May 19th, 2009

eteaket were asked to do tea tastings at the AMA Homes Springside Launch in Edinburgh.

It turned out to be so busy that we totally forgot to take any pictures once the guests started arriving but we managed to take a couple while setting up. Our Blooming Marvellous green tea and Bouteaque Blue Mist black tea were both big hits.

eteaket has gone Tea-potty for Save the Children

Wednesday, May 6th, 2009

eteaket went Tea-potty for Save the Children week (27 April to 3 May) by donating £1.50 of every one of our tea & cake offers to the charity. The funds raised will go towards Save the Children’s largest ever campaign to highlight how easy it can be to save a child’s life. 10 million children die each year before their 5th birthday – Save the Children are working flat out to change that. We really appreciate our customers’ support last week to help this campaign.
