Delivery Dates

We will send out your first order as soon as you place it and subsequent orders will be processed each following month on the same date.

If you want to Change your Delivery Address

If you need to update the delivery address at anytime you can do this directly from your online customer account, under your subscriptions tab.  Easy peasy.

The Perfect Tea-Gift : Tea Journey Gift Subscriptions!  

You can buy either the monthly Tea Journey or the 3, 6, or 12 month Tea Journey Subscriptions as gifts!

The difference being that the monthly Tea Journey is a rolling cancel anytime monthly subscription.  You can buy it and have it sent to someone for however long you like and then cancel it through your customer account dashboard when you no longer want to send it.

Or, the 3, 6 or 12 months Gift Subscriptions are a one-off upfront payment & we do the rest!  There will be no more payments.  We will make sure the subscription is shipped out every month for the time you have chosen and when it finishes, it finishes.

So how does sending Tea Journey as a gift work?

• Tick the ‘This is a gift’ checkbox just below the price of the product (next to the add to basket button).
• Enter the receivers email address here before adding the product to your basket.  This will mean that when you buy the gift subscription, they will receive an email prompting them to create a password and therefore gain access to the monthly downloadable content all about their teas!  They will also have access to change the delivery address of future shipments if they so wish.  Double check their email is correct on checkout.
• Please enter the receivers delivery address for checkout.
• You will be able to see the subscription which you have bought for them as well as track the monthly shipments – and so will they! (except they will never see or receive any cost information).  The gift subscriptions are just a one time purchase, with a one off postage fee and we take care of the rest.  We will not charge you anything else.  The monthly tea journey is paid monthly and you can cancel anytime from your customer dashboard.

We’ve developed our Tea In Mind system to allow you to choose a tea based on your current predominant emotion. It relates to the five elements of ancient Chinese Philosophy. Essentially, all natural phenomena are grouped into 5 master groups in nature which are all linked to 1 of 5 elements: Fire, Earth, Water, Metal and Wood. These in turn can be linked to things like emotions, parts of the body, tastes, seasons, direction, phases of the moon and types of tea. These ancient learnings recognise that all things are connected and provide a framework within which you can recognise where something is out of balance. When a particular type of tea is recommended, we also generally recommend a specific exercise while your tea is brewing.

These tea routines can be anything from breathe work, gratitude exercises, meditations and physical exercises to getting outside in nature and anything in between.

Keep The Heid – Keep the Heid is an exceptional blend of Assam & Darjeeling, sprinkled with heather & delicate meadowsweet.

Jasmine Pearls – To make our Jasmine Pearls tea, green spring tea is meticulously hand-rolled into delicate pearls before being hand scented six times with fresh jasmine blossoms.  Words can’t describe this tea but we’ll give it a try… indescribable!

Tropical Tease – Tropical Tease is a refreshing, tropical blend with apple, pineapple, mango, papaya, green mate & lemon grass.  It is as light, sweet and fresh as it sounds.
