The right applicant must be experienced with a proven track record in hospitality and a passion for tea and cakes.

You should be:

passionate about leaf tea;
a great communicator;
confident at motivating and leading a team;
approachable with the ability to ensure consistent standards;
committed to delivering a great experience for every customer; and
keen to learn and develop.
Have hospitality experience
