Our Second Flush Darjeeling tea comes from the world-renowned Margaret’s Hope estate. Darjeeling is known as the champagne of teas and this ‘vintage’ has a subtle muscatel aroma and a smooth, floral flavour with a hint of fruitiness. Whether you’re a high-roller or strictly low-rent, this is a taste of the high-life.
To Enjoy: Use 1 tsp per cup, add water that is just off the boil (around 90-95°C) and brew for 3 mins. Serve immediately or remove leaves. Best savoured without milk.
