Ceylon Vert (Bio-Organic) Tea
We came across our Ceylon Vert tea on our travels in Sri Lanka and just had to have it, not just because it’s a superlative tea but also because it comes from one of the happiest tea estates we have found. The green leaf gives a unique, light, aromatic brew with peaty and spicy notes and a sweet honeysuckle finish. Enjoy this tea safe in the knowledge that it was produced with love. Good times.
To Enjoy: Use 1 tsp per cup, add hot water that hasn’t yet begun to bubble (around 80°C) and brew for 3 mins. Serve immediately or remove leaves so you don’t ruin all your hard work.
