Speciali-Tea
Check out what is keeping us going here at eteaket with our rather special Tea of the Week and Tea of the month!
Black Tea
Black tea is fully fermented, which typically results in a dark, robust and flavoursome liquor. This category of tea has the highest caffeine content and, like all tea, it has many health benefits.
Oolong Tea
Most Oolongs come from China or Taiwan. Oolongs fall between black tea and green tea because they are only semi-fermented. They are generally fragrant and full bodied and are widely drunk for their digestive benefits.
Green Tea
Green tea is renowned as a healthy and enjoyable drink. As green tea is unfermented, many of the vitamins and antioxidant properties of the leaf are preserved. Green teas typically infuse to a yellow-green liquor with a fresh, light taste.
White Tea
White teas are the most rare and delicate of teas and are very low in caffeine. The pale liquor has a subtle natural sweetness and an abundance of antioxidants.
Rooibos
Rooibos (also known as Red Bush or Red Tea) is a herb from South Africa. It has a red liquor and citrusy flavour. The health benefits associated with Rooibos rival real teas.
Herbal & Fruit Infusions
Herb and fruit infusions dont actually contain any tea and, apart from Yerba Mate, they are all naturally caffeine free. They tend to relax, invigorate and/or aid healing.
Flowering Tea
Eteakets Flowering Teas are expertly hand-sewn by skilled artisans and blossom beautifully when steeped in hot water.
