Most people are surprised to learn that all tea actually comes from the same plant - Camellia Sinensis.
There are over 400 different varieties of the Camellia bush and over 3,000 varieties of tea.
The growing and naming of tea can be likened to wine; both are grown from one bush, they are often named after their growing regions, and the differences in things like elevation, climate, soil and the skill of the tea master or wine producer result in the different characters of the liquor…

Sustainabilitea
We are incredibly proud of our sustainable packaging. All of our teas are available in recyclable cardboard carton or metal keep tin. We use natureflex within cartons, sachets and teabags!
NatureFlex is a biodegradable material created from wood-pulp and this is heat sealed to secure the tea inside...
Our pyramid tea bags are created with plant based mesh; neosoilon, natural string and simple paper tag - all held together with ultrasound to avoid glue.
Cuppas for Causes & Ethics
Launched in 2014, Cuppas for Causes is where we track all of our community initiatives as we constantly strive to help others live their lives to the fullest.
Being involved in giving back is incredibly important to us. Especially in connection to mental health & wellbeing.
Our founder, Erica is also a Board Member for our Charity partner Health in Mind.
