Hospitality & Events Manager Tea Room and Wholesale

Following refurbishment and expansion of our city Centre Tea Room we are looking to bring aboard a confident and proactive Hospitality & Events Manager to oversee the management of the Tea Room including working full service shifts leading the team and working closely with our Tea Room Manager, identify areas for growth and utilise the new space expanding into a programme of events that fit our company culture and mission. As well as assisting with our operations side hosting corporate tea tastings with our wholesale clients.

The ideal candidate will have a hospitality or relevant background, experience in event planning and a track record of achieving great results.

Passionate about the hospitality industry and looking for an opportunity to grow your own creative skill set.

Acute attention to detail with impeccable standards and highly organised.

The role will be primarily days and possible early evenings (when running events) and will include weekends. You will primarily work from our Frederick Street Tea Room but may occasionally need to do external visits. Full on-boarding training will be provided including extensive Tea Room service and tea training.

Experience:

  • Event Planning: 1 year (preferred)
  • Hospitality or Relevant Management: 2 years (required)

Cafe Assistant Job Full Time & Part Time, Frederick St, EH2

About the role:

  • You will be part of a brilliant team providing top notch customer service and working in general tasks across the site.
  • Experience isn’t essential, as full training will be provided. However, a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essentials!
