If you have time, feel free to have a go at making your own gra-tea-tude journal at home. When you register, we will make available a list of materials. Full video instructions will follow on 18 May. Alternatively, you can nab one of the Cass’s limited edition kits while stocks last.
During our Gra-tea-tude Zoom event on 22 May, we’ll start with a simple tea ceremony. We’ll be tasting some Positivitea and Orange Oolong Supreme so make sure you’ve got a cup of tea brewing so you can join in. I’ll explain eteaket’s Tea In Mind concept and the power of creating 3 min tea routines. We’ll then discuss why a gratitude practice is so important before Cass will give you an overview of creating your own journal and share some examples.
We’ll both be there to answer any questions and set you off on your own 14 day gratitude challenge!
