
For the last week of our Health-Tea Campaign we’re looking at resting! Sleep is important anyway – let alone the week of a big run!
The eteaket team have been ensuring plenty of rest this week for the Women Run Strong Dunkeld trail run this Sunday.
Here are our favourite teas that are all naturally un-caffeinated and will get you feeling relaxed and calm for a good nights sleep.
We’ll let you in on a wee secret. Fruit and Herbals aren’t technically teas! Just some lovely dried fruits, herbs and petals blended together to create some beautifully flavoured teas and of course are all naturally caffeine free!
This tea has many names but one distinct flavour. It is a naturally un-caffinated herb from South Africa and is over taking decaf brews due to its similarity to ‘real’ tea. Naturally high in anti-oxidants too, Rooibos offers a great combination of both flavour and health!
