A few more iced tea recipes to wet your whistles
• 3tsp (7.5g) or 3 tea bags of Royal Earl Grey Tea
• 1 litre of boiling water
• 1 tsp honey
• Lemon Juice
1. Brew 3tsp (7.5g) or 3 tea bags of Royal Earl Grey tea in one litre of boiling water for 6 minutes. Remove the leaves.
2. Add 1 tsp honey and stir until fully dissolved. Allow to cool and once at room temperature pop into the fridge to chill.
3. Once chilled add a squeeze of lemon juice. To serve pour over ice and garnish with slices of lemon. This tea will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days.

• 1 litre of boiling water
• 500ml Semi skimmed milk
• 1 can of condensed milk
1. Brew 3tsp (7.5g) or 3 tea bags of Bollywood Dreams Chai in one litre of boiling water for 6 minutes. Remove the leaves.
2. Allow to cool and once at room temperature pop into the fridge to chill. Mix 1 part condensed milk to 3 parts semi skimmed milk and pop in the fridge.
3. To serve mix 70% of the tea mix to 30% milk mix, stir and pour over ice. This also work fabulously with our Chocolate Abyss tea. This tea will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days and the milk will have its original best before date.
