Cold Brew & Iced Tea
Cold Brew & Iced Tea! Yep, that’s right. Who doesn’t love a cold brew?! Or an Iced Tea of course. And what’s better that making one yourself? Nothing really. It is so simple.
For a Cold Brew, most teas work well! So head over to our full Teas selection to choose any you like! Add 2tsp of leaf tea (or two tea bags) to 500ml of fresh cold water and leave to steep for a minimum of 3 hours (overnight is best). You can dissolve a little warmed honey to taste if you like!
For Iced Tea, we absolutely love, ‘Life’s a Peach’, ‘Blueberry Rooibos’, ‘Blooming Marvellous’, ‘Royal Earl Grey’ and ‘Cranberry Apple Riot’. Brew the tea twice as strong and leave to cool in the fridge for 1-2 hours. To sweeten, brew with sugar or honey. Or, you can always add a sugar syrup to the tea when cooled. (To make sugar syrup, add sugar to boiling water until the sugar stops dissolving!). To serve, always pour the tea over ice and then add your fruit or garnish! Wow, that sounds good… Cold Brew & Iced Tea, we love you.
