We thought it was about time for another tea in an ode to the beautiful and historic city & home of eteaket –  say hello to Edinburgh Earl. This smooth and sumptuous black tea is our special take on Earl Grey. The classic bergamot infused tea is enhanced with delicate citrus and zingy fragrant lemongrass, a sprinkling of jewel-blue cornflowers & milk thistle leaf.

Quintessential to the lush green lands of Scotland you’ll see the bursts of purple thistle petals popping up within rural and city landscapes alike, whilst it’s flavour adds a subtle sweet edge to this tea the mighty leaves are said to be packed full of nutritious health benefits. Whether you call Scotland home or here to see the sights fill your mug up with a little bit of Edinburgh Earl.

Brewing…

We think the best way to enjoy the Edinburgh Earl is with an Infuser Mug.  Or, an Infuser Teapot like our colourful eteaket teapots. Other handy tools include the Perfect Tea Measure Spoon and a Tea Timer.

Did you know that loose leaf tea is both more economical as well as a more environmentally friendly way to enjoy your daily cuppa? If you’re new to loose leaf tea and still long for a tea bag now and again, why not try these 100% plastic free self-fill tea bags. They are great for when you want to take a tea to go
