What to bring: Source of hot water (flask or boiled kettle)

  • Mug with infuser/strainer (or Gaiwan)
  • A small jug
  • 1 small cup for tasting, 3 small bowls or spare cups
  • Loose leaf tea of your choice – unbrewed (oolong, green or white recommended – preferably unflavoured)
  • Journal & pen (optional)
