A Sheng Pu’erh Beeng Cha, also known as a pressed tea cake,  created from white tea grown and harvested in Wen Shan, Yunnan China. The leaves were handpicked and pressed using the first buds in the mid-late summer flush. Beeng Cha, are created through an extensive process, overseen by the skill and experience of the tea master.

Among the many steps; harvested teas are handpicked and dried in the sun to remove the initial moisture and immediately pressed. A 2018 vintage our White Pu’erh Beeng Cha has undergone minimal aging resulting in a golden, grassy cup with a sweet, fruity and soft flavour profile.
