The Yogan Kyusu Curated Tea Set consists of the side handled ceramic Yogan Kyusu traditional of Japanese design. The teapot contains fixed fine mesh filter covering the spout to strain the leaves. As well as a beautiful  Grey toned Handmade Japanese Tea Cup and bamboo serving tray.

It’s a small teapot with a 1-2 cup capacity so perfect to share or enjoy alone. We love brewing our Genmaicha or Gyokuro green teas in the Yogan Kyusu Curated Tea Set!

To Use

Fill the tea pot basket with 2.5-5g of your tea depending on the desired strength. Fill the tea pot with water at the correct temperature for the leaves just until the leaves are submerged.

Assemble on the handy serving tray and find a serene spot to pause with your cup of tea.  Brew between 3-7 minutes again, depending on the tea type. We use our 3 minute tea timer to ensure we get the perfect brewing time. Once brewed pour the first cup, the remaining liquid will fall below the basket stopping over-brewing and your remaining tea will stay warm.
