Pu-Erh Mini Tuo Cha tea … Too good to be true?

This rather intriguing tea comes in a cake-like form and is considered by the Chinese to be low in caffeine and relax the body and mind, but this is only one reason why we love this tea. It is also favored by celebrities such as Victoria Beckham for its alleged slimming qualities. Apparently it can help with digestion, metabolism and cholesterol reduction.
