Our Bollywood Dreams Chai is intense and spicy and will take your senses on a journey to the heart of Bengal. The intensity of our Bollywood Dreams Chai is created by careful blending of a unique selection of spices. This high quality black tea is blended with aniseed, spicy and sweet cinnamon, fiery ginger, black pepper, warming cloves and woody chicory roots.
Bollywood Dreams Chai has spicy notes with a warmth from and sweetness from the cinnamon and cloves and an almost liquorice edge from the aniseed.

Bollywood Dreams Chai
175ml Semi Skimmed Milk
50ml Condensed Milk
50ml Vodka
Method:
1. Brew a pot of double strength Bollywood Dreams Chai. Leave to cool.
2. Vigorously mix together the semi skimmed milk and condensed milk.
3. Fill a short heavy bottomed glass with ice. Pour in the parts vodka and 100ml Chai tea. For an extra twist add 25ml part patron tequila.
4. Add the milk and stir.

Beetroot Powder
Milk/Oat Milk
Honey
Method:
Brew the tea twice as long as normal and add half a teaspoon of beetroot powder to it. Mix till there are not any lumps.
Prepare the milk mixture which is 3 parts milk and 2 squirts of Honey
Heat up the milk mix to around 80 C.
Pour into a cup 70% of strong tea and 30% of heated milk mixture.

Absolutely adore this tea!
It has the perfect balance between spice and black tea. Usually I steer away from ‘spicy’ teas like this because they mostly end up just tasting of cinnamon, but the cloves and black pepper really come through. Delicious untampered, but also really tasty with a splash of milk and honey if you’re feeling indulgent. Great alternative to your average coffee or tea in the morning.
