DESCRIPTION

A Sheng Pu’erh Beeng Cha, also known as a pressed tea cake,  created from white tea grown and harvested in Wen Shan, Yunnan China. The leaves were handpicked and pressed using the first buds in the mid-late summer flush. Beeng Cha, are created through an extensive process, overseen by the skill and experience of the tea master.

Among the many steps; harvested teas are handpicked and dried in the sun to remove the initial moisture and immediately pressed. A 2018 vintage our White Pu’erh has undergone minimal aging resulting in a golden, grassy cup with a sweet, fruity and soft flavour profile.

If you’re new to Pu’erh tea cakes, fear not – we have everything you need to brew.

A simple way to enjoy it is with an Infuser Mug or an Infuser Teapot like our colourful Eteaket teapots, (or the amazing cast iron Japanese Style teapots).  Other handy tools include the Tea Timer.

To brew it in a more traditional manner, our Traditional Gaiwan Tea Tasting Set allows you to enjoy the full sensory experience.

HOW WE LIKE IT
Use 2.5g per 300-400ml and brew in freshly boiled water for 2-5 minutes.
