Tea Meditation to calm your mind: 4 Mar

We’re going to be practising gaiwan tea meditation. But fear not if you don’t have a gaiwan (or indeed have no idea what that is), you can use a cup/mug instead.

Here’s a list of preferred equipment:

  • Source of hot water (flask or boiled kettle)
  • Gaiwan (or mug with infuser/strainer)
  • A small jug
  • 1 small cup for tasting, 3 small bowls or spare cups
  • Loose leaf tea of your choice (oolong, green or white recommended – preferably unflavoured)
  • Journal & pen (optional)

We’ll cover:

  • How to use our ‘tea in mind’ system to empower you to free your mind so you can start thriving through the power of ‘teany habits.’
  • Follow along with my guided Five Elements Tea Meditation
  • The benefits of pausing your day, slowing down, & incorporating 3 min teany habits into your daily life.
  • It’s a productive thing to do at home for your mental wellbeing as you enjoy your present moment & take time for self-care.
