Tea Blending – Foodstory got stuck in there with some tea blending with our teas. The team have been experimenting with a variety of our tea types. The favourite so far for Foodstory’s Jonny is the fruit and herbal infusion combo of our Chillaxin Chamomile and Cranberry Apple Riot to create “Goldberry”, served with wild honey! It really is a treat for the senses. Good work guys.
Tea in Cake – Experimenting with our Mighty Matcha, the Manna House team created the delicious Matcha Mousse Cake with a Blooming Marvellous Green Tea Jelly. Not only a feast for the eyes but tasty too and we’re pretty sure that as cakes go a Matcha cake is a ‘healthy’ one to go for…
Tea-Cocktails – The Lioness got some creative juices flowing when we asked them to collaborate on a cocktail menu and they didn’t disappoint. Enhancing the flavour of different teas, matching to a suitable spirit and creating some glorious concoctions! Bluebell; which included our Blueberry Rooibos tea, bourbon topped with a lemon and tea foam. Afternoon Tea Kicker; our Breakfast Blend tea teamed up with vodka, cream and milk shaken and layered over a strawberry coulis! The best ones now feature on our Tea Room menu.
