Tea Master lessons in Taiwan

I had a fantastic day with Taiwan Tea Master Shifou last week. We spent almost four hours tasting a wide range of exquisite teas ranging from Alishan Spring Oolong (freshly picked), Ti Guan Yin, Ruby Red, Da Yu Ling and some very expensive Blue Iron Wheel pu’erh cakes.  I loved the Ti Guan Yin but I loved Master Shifou’s description better: “it’s like a sweet beautiful lady from the village rather than someone with too much make up on. It is what it is and doesn’t pretend to be anything else.”

We’ll be tasting some of these amazing teas in eteaket 6-7pm on 23 May. Please email hello@eteaket.co.uk if you’d like to reserve a place (£5 per head).
