Shipping policy

We ship eteaket orders throughout the UK and internationally.

Dispatch

For retail orders, we aim to pack and dispatch your order within 2–5 working days of your order being placed. This may take longer during particularly busy periods.

Delivery estimates below begin from dispatch unless expressly stated otherwise.

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery: £3.75, or free for orders over £30. Orders are sent using Royal Mail 48-hour tracked service. Typical transit time is 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Next-day courier: £6.95. For eligible orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday, delivery is normally the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will normally be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. Bank holidays and seasonal closures are excluded.

For the UK Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland, the same delivery charges apply, but courier delivery may take approximately 2–5 working days rather than next working day.

European delivery

We ship to EU and other European destinations using tracked international delivery.

Current estimated delivery time is approximately 10 working days, although customs and border procedures may cause delays.

Our current European delivery charges are based on order value and are displayed at checkout.

We do not currently collect EU import VAT through IOSS. The recipient may therefore be required to pay local import VAT, customs duty, brokerage fees or other charges to the courier or local authority before delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

United States

US orders are sent using tracked international delivery. Typical transit time is approximately 5–7 working days, subject to customs and regulatory processing.

Food shipments to the United States may require FDA prior notice and related administration. Any applicable eteaket shipping or administration charge will be shown at checkout.

US recipients may also be required to pay tariffs, customs charges or courier brokerage fees. These charges are outside eteaket's control and are the recipient's responsibility.

Other international destinations

For other international destinations, tracked delivery normally takes around 5–7 working days after dispatch, although customs procedures and local delivery networks can result in longer delivery times.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination and order value and will be shown at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duty, tariffs, brokerage charges or other local fees. Unless we expressly state otherwise, these are not collected by eteaket and must be paid by the recipient.

Customs delays

International delivery estimates do not include delays caused by customs or other border authorities.

We cannot control the time taken by local customs authorities to clear a shipment, although we will assist with reasonable requests for information relating to an eteaket order.

Tracking and delayed orders

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

If a UK order has not arrived 10 working days after you placed it, please contact hello@eteaket.co.uk and we will investigate.

For international orders, please allow for the relevant estimated transit time and potential customs delays before contacting us.

Incorrect addresses and failed delivery

Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer. Where an order is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we may ask you to pay the reasonable cost of redelivery.
