Pu'Erh Tea

Pu’erh is a fermented tea from Yunnan in China, known for its deep, earthy flavour and smooth, mellow character.

There are two main styles: Sheng, which develops slowly over time, and Shou, which is fermented more quickly for a richer, darker cup. Pu’erh is often pressed into cakes, bricks or discs and can become more complex as it ages.

If you enjoy deep, earthy teas with plenty of character, Pu’erh is well worth trying.
