Cranberry Apple ‘Pimms’ Cup
Gather
- 2 tsps. Cranberry Apple Riot
- Ginger Cordial
- Tonic Water
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Orange
- A few sprigs of fresh mint
Method
Brew 2 teaspoons of Cranberry Apple Riot in 400ml of freshly boiled water. Leave for 3 minutes & strain. Allow to cool. OR, Cold Brew overnight in 400ml chilled water. Then remove the leaves. Mix your cooled tea with the juice 1 x orange and 1 lemon sliced into wheels with a few mint leaves. Add in 20ml of ginger cordial and mix well. Add in ice and stir then top with 100ml of tonic water. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
