Mellow Margarita
Gather
– Lemon & Ginger Tea
– 60ml Fresh Orange Juice
– Juice of 1 lime
– 20ml Agave Syrup
– Salt
Method
Brew 1-2 teaspoons of Lemon and ginger tea in 300ml of freshly boiled water. Allow to fully cool and then remove the leaves. Rim the glass with fresh lime and dip in salt to coat. In a cocktail shaker add 150ml of Lemon & Ginger tea per cocktail, juice of 1 lime, 60ml of orange juice and 20ml of agave syrup and shake for 15 second. Fill serving glass with fresh ice and strain the mocktail into the glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and enjoy.
