Our Royal Earl Grey tea stands head and shoulders above its regular Earl Grey subjects. It is built on a base of exceptional leaf tea from which is scented with natural Italian Bergamot flavour (extracted from the rind of the Bergamot orange) imparting a refreshing and vibrant citrus, floral profile. and embellished with cornflowers to create a truly regal Royal Earl Grey.
The addition of delicate cornflowers not only enhances the visual appeal but also contributes subtle floral notes, creating a truly regal experience. In the cup, the liquor exhibits a medium body with a shiny surface, reflecting a deep amber hue that is both inviting and vibrant. The taste is balanced and complex, featuring a brisk, citrusy zing that invigorates the palate, while underlying notes of malt and floral hints provide a smooth, satisfying finish with a mild astringency.

Earl Grey & Tonic
Gather
- 150ml Earl Grey Cold Brew
- 100ml Tonic Water
- lemon & rosemary sprig to garnish
- 10ml of Simple Syrup
Method
In a serving glass over ice add 150ml of Cold Brew. Earl Grey. Top with tonic water and splash of simple syrup. Garnish with fresh lemon and a sprig of rosemary to serve.
