White Peach – a delicate white, peachy pick-me-up!
Our White Peach tea is one of our favourites and, like all white tea, it’s very good for you. Delicate Pai Mu Tan white tea is complemented by the light fruity finish of peach. This is a well-balanced tea that is delicious to enjoy in the morning or noon as it does contain caffeine. It has such a delicious and delicate flavour that we do tend to end up drinking it all day though. White Peach is definitely one of the favourites at eteaket HQ!

White Peach & Lavender Spritz
Gather
- White Peach Tea (200ml cold brew)
- 7.5ml Lavender Syrup
- 10ml Lemon
- Sparkling / soda water
To make a lavender syrup add 1 tsp. of dried
lavender in 250g sugar / 250ml of boiling water
stir until sugar as dissolved and infuse overnight
Method
Build over ice by mixing the Cold Brew White Peach, with lemon & syrup & stir. Top with a dash of soda / sparking water. Garnish with dried lavender.

Tasting Notes
Dry Leaf
Large, silvery-green leaves with visible buds and some darker leaf fragments. Light floral aroma with a delicate hint of natural peach.
Wet Leaf
Leaves unfurl to a pale olive-green. Aroma is soft and floral with a gentle, ripe peach note and a touch of hay.
Liquor
Pale gold with slight silver-green tint. Clear and light-bodied with a luminous appearance.
