A Scottish G&Tea with a Difference
We're taking the T in G&Tea to a whole new Scottish level!
Created in collaboration with Isle of Harris Distillery, this distinctive herbal tea brings together the botanicals used in their celebrated gin, including juniper, coriander, angelica root, bitter orange peel & an unusual ingredient from the waters of the Outer Hebrides: hand-dived sugar kelp.
Naturally caffeine-free & completely alcohol-free, Isle of Harris Gin Tea captures the fresh, aromatic character of gin botanicals in a delicious herbal infusion.
What Does Isle of Harris Gin Tea Taste Like?
Expect a smooth, refreshing herbal infusion with aromatic juniper, bright citrus notes & a subtle coastal character.
Juniper berries provide that familiar gin-inspired flavour, while bitter orange, grapefruit & coriander bring a lively citrus freshness. Liquorice root & cassia bark add gentle sweetness & spice.
The hand-dived sugar kelp brings a distinctive coastal note, creating a beautifully balanced blend that's unlike any ordinary herbal tea.
From the Waters of the Outer Hebrides
The secret ingredient in Isle of Harris Gin Tea is its sugar kelp, harvested by hand from the underwater forests surrounding Harris.
This distinctive botanical also features in Isle of Harris Gin, connecting both drinks to the island's coastal landscape.
The collaboration has a personal connection for eteaket too. Our founder's family roots are in Harris, making this blend particularly special to us.
It's a brilliant example of how Scotland's natural ingredients can inspire something genuinely different in tea.
Delicious Hot, Cold Brewed or in a G&Tea
Isle of Harris Gin Tea is wonderfully versatile.
Enjoy it hot for a fragrant botanical infusion, or cold brew it for a refreshing alcohol-free alternative to a G&T.
For a simple cold brew, add two teaspoons of tea to 500ml of cold water & leave for at least three hours, preferably overnight. Serve chilled with ice & a slice of grapefruit.
And if you fancy something stronger, it also makes a brilliant base for a gin tea cocktail, particularly with Isle of Harris Gin.
All the botanical character of a Scottish G&T, with a uniquely eteaket twist.
