Purple Rain Blue Tea: Let It Pour!

It never rains but it pours here at eteaket. Purple Rain, that is!

Meet our magical, colour-changing herbal infusion that brings a vibrant burst of blue to your cup, then turns a beautiful shade of purple with a little help from fresh lemon.

Made with blue butterfly pea flowers, fragrant lemongrass, lemon peel, ginger peel & a hint of liquorice, this naturally caffeine-free blend is as refreshing as it is eye-catching.

What Does Purple Rain Blue Tea Taste Like?

Expect a light, refreshing herbal infusion with bright citrus notes, gentle ginger warmth & a subtle liquorice sweetness.

Lemongrass & lemon peel give the blend its zesty character, while butterfly pea flowers provide that extraordinary natural blue colour.

But the real magic happens when you add lemon!

Watch the Magic Happen!

Brew your Purple Rain & admire its brilliant blue colour. Then add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice or a slice of lemon & watch it transform into a gorgeous purple before your eyes!

It's a natural reaction between the butterfly pea flowers' pigments & the acidity of the lemon.

Enjoy it hot or serve chilled over ice for a colourful, refreshing treat.

Purple rain, purple rain! Who knew a cuppa could be this much fun?

Purple Rain Blue Tea

I love this tea. It's warming and calming, and great for soothing menstrual cramps. It's also a really fun one to show off the colour change (although I personally prefer the taste of the tea without adding lemon juice).
