Perfect Peppermint Hot Chocolate
Gather
- 60% Perfect Peppermint
- 40% plant/dairy milk
- 2 tsp of white hot chocolate powder/flakes /buttons
Method
Brew a strong infusion Perfect Peppermint to fill 60% of your serving mug. Heat white hot chocolate with milk to latte consistency. Combine in your cup. Optional garnish – top with whipped cream and white chocolate powder.
To note: Tea can be cold brewed in advance. Combined in steam jug and steamed together with the milk.
