Pumpkin Chai Punch & Other Autumn Warmers

The autumn chill has certainly set in, and there is no better time to wrap your hands around a comforting cup of something warm and spiced. As the leaves turn golden and the air takes on that crisp edge, it is the perfect season to indulge in tea-infused treats that feel like a hug in a mug.

COLD BREW: Take 2 tsps. of tea leaves per 500ml of cold brew. Flush the leaves by rinsing briefly with boiling water and straining. Add fresh, cold water and pop in the fridge for a minimum 3 hours (overnight is perfect). Remove leaves and enjoy.
