Our Strawberries & Cream tea is the ultimate fruit blend, with the aroma just as delicious as the tea itself! This tea really does smell like strawberries and cream from the moment you open it. Built on a base of apple pieces, hibiscus blossoms, tangy elderberries, rose hip peel and fruity strawberry pieces, it is something rather special. Strawberries & Cream Ice Lollies
Gather
10g Strawberries & Cream Tea
Handful of Fresh Strawberries
Your Favourite yoghurt
Lolly Mould
Makes 4 depending on your mould.
Method
Brew 10g of Strawberries & Cream tea in 300ml of boiling water, leave to fully cool before removing the tea. Slice the fresh strawberries and drop into lolly moulds.Top up the moulds with the strained tea and place in the freezer overnight. Remove the frozen lollies from moulds, lay flat and drizzle with yoghurt. Return to the freezer for 45 minutes to set the yoghurt. Serve right away, perfect BBQ desert!
