This recipe use our new festive red rooibos with rich & cosy cocoa and refreshing peppermint. Get into the festive spirit with our Mint Cocoa Rooibos tea, a warm and comforting blend perfect for cosy winter evenings. This delightful infusion combines rich, velvety cocoa with refreshing peppermint, creating a wonderfully balanced flavour that’s both indulgent and uplifting.

Made with naturally caffeine-free rooibospeppermint leaves, creamy carob, and real cacao bean pieces, it’s the perfect treat to enjoy any time of day. Beautifully finished with vibrant calendulamarigold, and sunflower petals, this tea looks as festive as it tastes.

Candy Cane Hot Chocolate Recipe

Candy Cane Hot Chocolate 

Makes 1 in standard 300ml mug. 

Gather 

  • 1 tsp of Cocoa Mint Rooibos 
  • 100ml of plant/dairy milk  
  • 2 tsp of white hot chocolate powder/flakes /buttons, we love Kokoa Collection buttons. 
  • Whipped cream (Optional) 

 

Method 

  • Brew a strong infusion Mint Cocoa Rooibos to fill 60% of your serving mug.  
  • Heat white hot chocolate with milk to latte consistency.  
  • Combine.  
  • Optional top with whipped cream and white chocolate powder.
