
A tea twist on a classic winters cocktail perfect to get you through this cold and stormy New Years eve.
50ml – Ginger beer
2 shots – Dark spiced rum
1 slice – Lemon
1 slice – Fresh ginger
Brew the lemon and ginger tea and leave to cool slightly. Add the ginger beer and rum then stir. Serve in a tea cup, garnish slice of lemon and ginger, and all together now “Auld lang syne…”
