
Beat those January Blues with out Mighty Matcha Blueberry smoothie! The perfect way to get the benefits of matcha and a few of your 5 a day!
1 teaspoon of Mighty Matcha powder
1 cup of blueberries
3 tablespoons of natural yogurt
1/2 a banana
4 cubes of ice
1. Pop all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blitz until smooth
3. Pour into a glass. For a real health kick add some flax seed.
