Turmeric & Peach Paloma

- 175ml brewed & cooled Ginger Gut Balance
- Juice of one Grapefruit
- Agave Syrup
- Sparkling Water
- Ice
Method
Combine 1750ml brewed & cooled Ginger Gut Balance in a cocktail shaker with the juice of one Grapefruit & 10ml Agave Syrup. Shake for 10 seconds, strain over fresh ice and top with sparkling water & grapefruit twist.
Cherry Sour & Ashwagandha Nightcap
Using Cherry Rest & Restore infusion tea at its base: a blend of apple pieces, strawberry leaves, ashwagandha root, elderflower petals, cranberry pieces, and a sprinkle of cornflower petals. Ashwagandha is traditionally used to support better sleep by promoting relaxation and reducing stress levels. Its adaptogenic properties can help balance cortisol levels, which may improve sleep quality and duration.

- Cherry Rest & Restore Tea
- 20ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- Alcohol- free bitters
- Egg white / Aquafaba (vegan) – Optional, will add a luxe froth.
Method
Combine 150ml brewed & cooled Cherry Rest & Restore Tea in a cocktail shaker with 20ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice, 10ml sugar syrup 2 dashes of alcohol- free bitters and a dash of Egg white / Aquafaba. Shake for 15-20 seconds, strain over fresh ice and top with a lemon twist & cherry to garnish.

- 20ml Aloe Vera Juice
- 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 30ml Sparkling Water

Method
Combine 200ml brewed & cooled Isle of Harris Gin Tea in a cocktail shaker with 1 tsp. Marmalade, 20ml Aloe Vera Juice and 15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice. Shake for 10 seconds, strain over fresh ice and top with sparkling water.

Gather
- Ginger Gut Balance
- 1 stalk of celery
- Thumb size fresh ginger
Method
- Brew 1 tsp of Ginger Gut Balance in 150ml of water for 3 minutes, strain and allow to cool.
- In a blender add the celery and ginger to the cool tea, blitz and strain.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge consume within 3 days.
