Leading with that enchanting infusion of hibiscus brightness, cinnamon sweetness and fresh spruce-needle twist, each mocktail offers a layered experience: a warm spice heart, a pine-forest hint of festive freshness, and a beautiful depth of flavour without the alcohol.

Classic Mulled Pine Mocktail

Mulled Pine Recipe

Gather

  • 250ml Mulled Pine Tea Cold Brew
  • 85ml Orange Juice
  • 5ml Honey
  • Rosemary / berries to garnish.

Method 
Combine all ingredients in a steam jug / pan and heat until warm to serve. Decant into a serving glass. Then, garnish with rosemary spear & berries.

To note: Tea Can be brewed hot then
added to the warmed ingredients if you do
not want to batch cold brew.

COLD BREW: Take 2 tsps. of tea leaves per 500ml of
cold brew. Flush the leaves by rinsing briefly with
boiling water and straining. Add fresh, cold water
and pop in the fridge for a minimum 3 hours
(overnight is perfect). Remove leaves and enjoy.

Frosted Forest

Gather

  • 150ml Mulled Pine Tea Cold Brew
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • 10ml Lemon Juice
  • 50ml Cranberry Juice
  • Ice

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and vigorously shake for 15 seconds.
Double strain over ice in a serving glass. Garnish with rosemary.

To note: Tea Can be brewed hot then chilled if
you do not want to batch cold brew.

Winter Hearth

Gather

  • 250ml Mulled Pine Tea Cold Brew
  • 85ml Cloudy Apple Juice
  • 10ml Honey
  • Dash of Ground Cinnamon

Method
Brew 1 tsp. of Mulled Pine in 250ml of boiling water for 5 minutes.
Combine cinnamon, apple juice & honey and heat to warm. Add to brewed tea, stir & serve.

To note: Tea Can be cold-brewed, all
ingredients added to steam jug and heated
to serve.
