Discover the exquisite Snow View First Flush Darjeeling, cultivated in the historic Snow View Tea Garden, nestled between the Bhutan mountains and the Himalayan plains. Established in 1870, this garden boasts breath-taking views of the snow-capped Himalayas and is surrounded by the Gorumara, Jaldakah, and Chapramari forest reserves, with the Moortee River enhancing its natural beauty.

Recognised as a biodiversity hotspot, Snow View is home to elephants, bison, leopards, rhinos, wild deer, and boars, often seen venturing from the forests. The estate falls under the migratory path of elephants, who regularly travel across it to the Moortee River. In 2020, Snow View became Darjeeling’s first tea garden to receive the Elephant Friendly Tea Garden certification, thanks to its partnership with The Wildlife Enterprise.

At 1,000 meters elevation and covering 600 hectares, Snow View supports 700 workers and their families. The Snow View First Flush Darjeeling features a light green, well-made leaf that brews into a bright amber liquor, offering a fresh grassy and vegetal flavour with light peachy notes. Plucked on March 7-10, 2024, and packed on March 12 2024.

For the perfect brew, use freshly boiled water cooled for 2-3 minutes to bring it down to 80/90 degrees and steep for 3-5 minutes to suit your taste.
