DESCRIPTION

Our Mighty Matcha is a high grade Japanese green tea ground to a fine green powder. Upon whisking it evokes fresh grassy meadows with an astringent edge and a satisfying jammy sweetness to finish. This tea is also crammed full of antioxidants and nutrients!

Matcha is traditionally drunk hot in Japan by whisking the powder with some hot water but it also tastes great cold or even sprinkled over your cereal for some serious good karma.

We know that it should be one of your 5 a day and we have some ingenious recipes to get it into any routine! Check out our Mighty-Matcha-Recipe-ideas for some inspiration.

HOW WE LIKE IT
To make: Put about ½ teaspoon of matcha and around 30ml water (or your liquid of choice – orange juice works well too) into a mug or bowl then whisk in a W shape or stir until frothy. Add more matcha to taste.
