Chillaxin’ Vanilla Latte
Gather
- 2 tsp. Chillaxin Chamomile Tea
- Vanilla Syrup
- Oat Milk
- Ice
Makes 1 x 12oz latte / 350ml cup
Vanilla syrup:
- 200 ml water
- 200 g granulated sugar
- 10 ml vanilla extract (or 1 vanilla bean, split and scraped)
- Add the sugar and vanilla to boiled water, stir until dissolved and allow to cool. Add a tsp. of lavender in to amp up the floral tone
Method
Brew 2 tsp. of Chillaxin Chamomile in 250ml freshly boiled water for 5 minutes. Removes the leaves and allow to cool. Over ice add 100ml of oat milk and 5-10ml of vanilla syrup. Pour over cooled Chillaxin Chamomile & Serve.
Brew hot: Follow same recipe (2/3 Chamomile: ⅓ Oat milk ) – steam milk to latte texture & combine
