Our White Peony tea is made from the buds and leaves that remain after the Silver Needle tea leaves have been harvested.  But don’t think that this means it is not special.  This tea is a winner in its own right!  The fresh and mellow brew has notes of melon which is subtle and refreshing.  White Peony is a delicious tea to sip on in the late morning or noon, it is light and delicate with plenty of flavour and personality to uplift your day.
