Sea Buckthorn and its berries we think are pretty wonderful. This wild plant is found abundant along Scottish coastline, and those bright orange berries are hard to miss. We feel this wee berry is greatly overlooked as it contains an array of vitamins and minerals as well as bio-active substances.
The blend features 50% Sea Buck Berries mixed with dried apple pieces, hibiscus blossom, elderberries and cranberries. Our Sea Buckthorn Blend creates a sweet yet tart flavour that has plenty of ZING! Perfect as an iced tea for those Sunnier days and warmer nights. Seriously. Have you tried it as a cold brew? It is delicious.

We were part of a focus group at Queen Margaret University looking at the benefits of Sea Buckthorn berries and examining how we could commercially forage it in Scotland. We’re happy to report that we’re now sourcing all our Sea Buckthorn from Scotland from the wonderful Sea Buckthorn Scotland A social enterprise, based in East Lothian, dedicated to the research of Scottish Sea Buckthorn berries, maximum utilisation of this unique plant and production of the highest quality wild-crafted products.
