Top 5 Cold Brew Tea for Energy & Hydration…

Cold brew tea has become a quiet staple for anyone looking for steady energy and better hydration without the sharp edges of coffee or crash & sugar that come with energy drinks. Tea steeped slowly in cold water, it draws out smoother flavour, softer sweetness, and a lighter caffeine feel, making it an easy everyday option for focus, recovery, and refreshment.

For those drawn to functional drinks that do more than just taste good, cold brew tea sits right in that sweet spot. It can support energy, digestion, and hydration, while still feeling like something you actually want to drink on a warm day.

Here are five blends that bring function and flavour together….

Ginger Gut Balance

How to Cold Brew

Cold brew tea continues to grow as a simple, functional way to stay hydrated and energised. These blends show how tea can move easily between wellness and enjoyment, without needing to choose between the two.

Take 2 tsps. of tea leaves per 500ml of cold brew. Flush the leaves by rinsing briefly with boiling water and straining. Add fresh, cold water and pop in the fridge for a minimum 3 hours (overnight is perfect). Remove leaves and enjoy.

Use loose leaf if you can as you’re then free to experiment and blend and it’s also generally more cost effective. You can add a little dissolved honey if you like. Almost all teas and infusions can be cold brewed and it’s so incredibly versatile.

Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
