
Pumpkin Chai Punch & Other Autumn Warmers
The autumn chill has certainly set in, and there is no better time to wrap your hands around a comforting cup of something warm and spiced. As the leaves turn golden and the air takes on that crisp edge, it is the perfect season to indulge in tea-infused treats that feel like a hug in a mug.
Pumpkin Chai Punch…

Gather
- 1tsp / 250ml brewed Pumpkin Chai
- 50ml Cloudy Apple Juice
- 5ml Honey
- Orange Zest (Optional to garnish)
- Cinnamon sticks (Optional to garnish)
Method
- Brew Pumpkin Chai hot or cold brew.
- Mix all ingredients and heat with a steam wand or in a pan.
- Decant into serving cup and garnish with cinnamon stock and orange zest.
COLD BREW: Take 2 tsps. of tea leaves per 500ml of cold brew. Flush the leaves by rinsing briefly with boiling water and straining. Add fresh, cold water and pop in the fridge for a minimum 3 hours (overnight is perfect). Remove leaves and enjoy.

- 60ml Ginger Beer
- 7.5ml Maple Syrup
- Orange zest (optional to garnish)
Method
- In your serving glass mix 250ml of Cold Brew Pumpkin Chai with Maple Syrup.
- Fill with ice and top with Ginger Beer.
- Garnish with orange zest.

Cinnamon Date Matcha

Smooth, unctuous and packed with energy, the Cinnamon Date Matcha is your afternoon morning pick-me-up. Blend matcha tea with warm milk, soft dates and a hint of cinnamon. The natural sweetness of the dates balances beautifully with the gentle bitterness of the matcha, creating a drink that feels both indulgent and nourishing.
Gather
- 2g of Matcha
- Milk of your choice
- 10ml of cinnamon date syrup.
Date syrup: Deseed & roughly chop 4 dates. Add to 100ml boiling water with heaped tsp. of brown sugar & ½ tsp. of cinnamon. Leave in fridge overnight and blitz in a food processor.
Method
In as serving glass add 10ml of cinnamon date syrup. Top with ice and fill cup with 150ml of milk. Whisk 2g of Matcha in 60ml of water until luxe foam has formed. Layer the Matcha on to the milk & serve.
