5 ways to use Pumpkin Chai Tea

We provide the highest quality ethically sourced teas from all over the world.  What could possibly be better than that you may ask…  Well, our teas are 100% plastic free.  From the bio-film we use to hold them, we also use biodegradable and compostable labels on our refills and sachets, so we have you covered to enjoy our tea responsibly.  Because really, to enjoy natures wonders, we all need to take care of it.

By switching to loose leaf tea you’re not only saving the planet from more packaging but you’re getting a great cup of tea.  If you’re new to loose leaf tea, fear not.  We have 100% plastic-free self-fill teabags with drawstrings for you to create your brew.

We think the best way to enjoy it is with an Infuser Mug or an Infuser Teapot like our colourful Eteaket teapots, (or the amazing cast iron Japanese Style teapots).  Other handy tools include the Perfect Tea Measure Spoon and a Tea Timer.

The caffeine levels of this tea are estimated by our Leaf Tea Experts.  The more teacups, the stronger the suggested caffeine level!

To Brew: Use 1 tsp per cup, add freshly boiled water and brew for 3-5 mins. Serve immediately or remove leaves so you don’t ruin all your hard work. Best served with milk. Add a drop of honey for a truly sweet treat.

At eteaket HQ we love experimenting with tea recipes. Here are a couple that work especially well with the Pumpkin Chai…

Pumpkin Chai Latte:

Brew 1 tsp of Pumpkin Chai tea in a mug of boiling water (3/4 full). Steep for 5 minutes then remove the leaves.
Top up with hot frothed milk and a touch of honey to taste.


Hot Toddy:

Brew Pumpkin Chai for 6 minutes.
Add a shot of whisky and a spoon of honey.
Stud a couple fresh lemon slices with cloves.

    An absolute delight. Spicy and sweet at the same time, noticeable pumpkin and just a hint of cinnamon. Perfect for coming home from an autumn storm.

    Another delight! Tried it in store without milk and was immediately convinced and when paired with milk it just completes it. It has a lovely spiced aroma with a sweet finish that satisfies my sweet cravings in the evenings. Lovely, warming, autumnal tea.
