Spiced Thai Mango: 3 Ways to Brew…

Spiced Thai Mango is the tea of the summer! Our newest limited edition small batch is here to bring an extra kick to your tea cup. Spiced Thai Mango is delicious hot, or try it over iced for the most refreshing cold brew tea.

A bold tropical fruit infusion with a fiery edge. Juicy mango and soft papaya bring lush sweetness, layered with crisp apple and the tangy brightness of hibiscus and rosehip. Beetroot deepens the blend with a rich ruby colour, while tamarind leaf adds a sharp, mouth-watering sour twist.

Then comes the chilli. Not a gentle warmth, but a clean, high heat that cuts through the sweetness and lingers on the palate.

Sweet, tart and unmistakably spicy, this vibrant blend delivers a punchy tropical cup that wakes up the senses. Enjoy it hot for a warming kick, or brew it strong and pour over ice for a refreshingly fiery fruit tea.

Spiced Thai Mango – Cold Brew / Iced Tea

Spiced Thai Mango is a great example of how temperature changes the final cup. Cold brew uses a long, overnight steep, allowing the fruit and sweetness to come forward while the chilli softens into the background. Hot-brewed then served iced, however, hot-brewing brings the heat forward for a chilli-first sip. Cold brew is ideal for easy, prep-ahead, while iced tea works
well for quick batching when you need it fast.

COLD BREW: Take 2 tsps. of tea leaves per 500ml of cold brew. Flush the leaves by rinsing briefly with boiling water and straining. Add fresh, cold water and pop in the fridge for a minimum 3 hours (overnight is perfect). Remove leaves and enjoy.

When serving you can add a little dissolved honey if you like. Almost all teas and infusions can be cold brewed and it’s so incredibly versatile.

ICED: Brew to temp & time as hot brewing guide. Allow to drop to room temperature and chill. Serve over ice.

Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
