Get your hands on our Tomatin Whisky Tea Bags while you still can.  This eteaket tea is barrel-aged in a genuine whisky cask in one of Scotland’s famous Whisky Distilleries (the Tomatin Distillery).  We have created Europe’s first barrel-aged tea!

We blended three black teas from Assam, Ceylon and Fujian.  We have then added a touch of natural bergamot flavour and a sprinkle of cornflowers.  Then comes the magic part: we have worked with the Tomatin Distillery in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, who suspend our blend in their whisky barrels.

By letting the tea leaves age in this way, they naturally pick up the complex smoky and fruity flavours of the wooden whisky barrel.  What’s even better, we have managed to do all of this without overwhelming the character of the tea leaves themselves.  So we think that these Tomatin Whisky Tea Bags are really something to behold.

Our tea is carefully curated and ethically sourced from the highest quality tea gardens all over the world. The packaging is also created with care to ensure we do our part to look after nature’s wonders.

Our loose leaf and tea bag cartons are 100% plastic free; they are crafted from recyclable cardboard and the inner bag is Natureflex, a biodegradable cellulose film created using wood pulp!

Our new 20g and 100g steel tins are designed to be reused again and again, and you can decant your leaf tea straight in.

We are committed to removing the very last piece of plastic from our tea range. Our next big packaging change will be to source a fully sustainable bag for our 250g loose leaf and 45 tea bags. For now, they are a high-grade recyclable plastic so please reuse and recycle them responsibly.
