AIN’T NO PARTY LIKE AN ETEAKET TEA PARTY!

Last Thursday we opened our Tea Room doors to celebrate our fresh new look and to launch our brand new Tea inspired beverages and treats! We had the pleasure of the company of some of our Wholesale customers, old and new, our suppliers, neighbours and last but not least our lovely eteaket customers!  Thank you all for making our evening very special indeed.

During the month of June we held a competition among the eteaket Staff to unleash their inner tea innovator in creating new Iced Tea flavours for our launch party.  The winner was the lovely Dagmara with her ‘Virgin Pimms’ creation, using our Cranberry Apple Riot, fresh lemon and mint with a squeeze of honey it really stole the show! We added some vodka for a boozy kick, and served it in our china cups.

Another new treat we had were our Tea Ices – bite size frozen tea’s that ranged in flavour from our milky sweet Bollywood Dreams Chai Latte to the ‘not for the faint hearted’ Flaming Cranberry – a combination of Cranberry Apple Riot with the spicy kick of our Spicy Chilli Rooibos! We’re on to something here – and we hope these new ideas keep on coming for everyone to try!  We already have a few tasty tea inspired drinks for you to try at home on our last blog  ‘JUICY JUNE’ or pop into our Frederick Street Tea Room and see what Tea Specials we have on today.

We would like to give out a special thanks to our suppliers (Le Petit Francais, Patisserie Jaldo and Foodies) who supplied our tasty treats for the evening and to Adam who played some great live music for us.
