With snow days, wild winds and crazy storms, this Winter seems to never end. But we’re not complaining – it’s been ideal tea drinking weather!

However, as we at eteaket always find an excuse to drink tea, now we are dreaming of those crisp blue sky days that come with Spring!

Living the green-dream with Matcha

Matcha is a fantastic addition to any healthy diet! Made from 100% stone ground high-grade sencha leaf, it is shade-grown meaning it is rich in chlorophyll – a powerful detoxifier. It is also known to be packed full of vitamins and helps to calm mind and body.  Having roughly 10x the amount of antioxidants than it’s other green tea friends, matcha is the powerhouse of good health.

Simple to work into your daily routine, matcha is a green powder that you add water to and then whisk, no infuser needed! Simply sit back and enjoy.

Chilling out with Cold Brew tea

As the days get warmer,  the drinks start to get cooler!

At eteaket we brew a cold brew tea daily. Cold brew is simply tea and cold water infused for an extended period of time. We do not add sugar to ours so it’s a healthy alternative to juice or fizzy drinks. As the tea ingredients (tea leaves, berries, herbs, etc.) gently infuse for a period of time in cold water, you get all the health benefits the tea has to offer, as well as the full flavour.

We like to experiment with our teas, mixing up different flavours – pop into our Concept Store and see what we have on tap!
